  Been shopping Ackerman's for 30+ years! I know I'm not the only one also. The store was born in the neighborhood and grew up in the neighborhood. It's our ,meaning the neighborhoods', store feel like family,shop with family, and love your purchase every time.

  My significant other surprised me with a beautiful ring from Ackerman Jewelers and could not stop talking about the great customer service that was displayed by two of the female representatives - Linda and Michele. I needed to get my rings sized, so we went back together. The same ladies were there! They remembered my partner and recognized me through photos! They were just as helpful and nice as originally described. We comfortably chatted about the wedding and international honeymoon. They were real excited! I had the luxury of getting to choose the band I wanted to go with the engagement ring. Ackerman Jewelers has a huge selection to choose from - almost intimidating, but all beautiful! However, the representatives relayed a wealth of knowledge and history about the diamonds and how they were made, giving a sense of backstory and explanation - making it extremely more relaxing to choose from.
