  I was given a chain from this store as a valentines day gift, after having the necklace for 1 week the “gold” started to strip and the chain turned silver. I took it to the store to find out why this was happening after only having it for a week. The very unhelpful sales associate told me that usually happens after getting the chain wet and told me that they wouldn’t refund my purchase. His solution was to try and sell me another product which blows my mind. I am beyond disappointed with how terrible the chain actually was because at first sight I thought it was beautiful. I will never purchase anything from this store again.
