  EXTREMELY disappointed in this service.... if I could give them a zero I would have. When they came out to check the house the gentleman was pleasant, however, once we were told it was $400 for 3 treatments we were shocked. The house was prepped and the first treatment was done...with a can of bed bug spray that we could have purchased for $16 online!!!! We called the company is disgust and we were told that no refund for the 2nd and 3rd treatments would be given...so we moved forward. We were also told that the two other treatments would be more extensive (taking off outlet plates etc) which was not at all the case. He came in with another spray can (after research I found THIS can for $30 online) and he was inside of our house for less that 15 minutes. My disappointment comes with the outrageous price of this "treatment" and their lack of honesty with their customers that this could have been purchased online and we could have done this ourselves. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I am baffled at this extremely costly service that we paid for. With one more treatment still to go I am not even sure I want a stranger in my house again to do something my husband and I could have easily accomplished on our own...and for a LOT less money!!!!!! I especially like that in a week I haven't even gotten a reply to the review....
