  Went to Apple Genius Bar with an iPhone stuck at Apple logo. Wait time was just over an hour. Had my phone diagnosed by their “tech” and conclusion was that I needed to have my phone replaced because my iPhone wasn’t fixable! They were going to charge me just about $350 for a replacement! Customer service rep was very nice and that’s why I’m giving this place 3 stars. 5 stars for csr and 1 for the tech. Had my phone fixed for a fraction of the cost at non-authorized repair shop! It was a fraction of the cost too!

  I LOVE the Apple Store! I come to the Apple store for a variety of reasons in the past 5 years. This last experience was amazing! Diana, the manager made my Apple Watch Dreams come true. I cannot thank this team enough. Thank you Diana for all that you do.
