  After taking our iMac in to Apple store in mall, we found out our hard drive was bad. I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to back it up before installing a new one. This is our second hard drive in 6 years. I contacted Bert to see if he could help us. The night before taking it to him, I was able to back the drive...took all night. Bert was able to put a new hard drive, re install original data, and make improvements to our iMac (More Ram...runs faster now). When I picked it up, it looked and had all the data, desktop stuff, etc.. that was there before the problems started. She runs like a new machine! He warranties his work and communication is very good....offers different priority service..ie, overnight, 2 day, no rush, etc. He works from his living room, sharp dude, really is into the computers. Would not hesitate to use him again.
