When I presented my coupon for 20% off on my phone, the young man said "oh you need the paper copy in order to get the discount" very matter if factly. I told him that I have always used my phone app for discounts but he ignored me. I proceeded with the transaction but will never shop there again. They need to be more helpful and certainly better trained. Poor customer service
