  Let me start off by saying that I myself am a Sales Manager and know what to expect from customer service associates/sales associates. I came in on my day off, dressed down in jeans and a T-shirt(I am a 20 something female) I am guessing my appearance didn’t scream serious buyer? I was in the television section browsing for a good 20 minutes and not one time did any of the several associates ask if I needed assistance or if I had questions. Had they of been busy then I get it, but would at least expect a “ let us know if you need anything” I came in with a $1,500 budget for a television. Was not acknowledged by these guys standing around. Guess I didn’t look the part, sorry you guys lost a sale. Hopefully a lesson is learned for future reference. The extra star is for the guy that was by the door as I left, at least someone gave me the time of day here.
