  Jess did a fabulous job and even came to measure on her day off! She was an absolute pleasure . The installers did a wonderful job! Fast & friendly . I shopped many places and prices are in line - fair priced and very good customer service!!! Thank you!

  Do not use Bob's for commercial carpeting. They have not experience in dealing with businesses. The staff is not interested in completing a proper assessment. When calling the receptionist requested that you visit their showroom to pick out carpeting. When asking her to have someone visit our commercial space, she was not able to support the request. I asked her to have someone contact me. When contacted by Billy, I specifically requested they have someone visit our facility to complete an assessment. Again, Billy asked have I visited their facility to pick out my carpet. I explained again that I would like to have a professional assessment of my office space. Billy then questioned everything about the space and budget. It is very clear that they do not offer professional services to businesses. I would not even bother. Based on their lack of support, I wouldn't use them for residential space. However, if you want low cost, low quality service, they may be good..
