  Charter Bay Home Builders did a wonderful job on our remodeling project. We are thrilled with how great it turned out! Over the years I have built three small office buildings and six homes. My wife and I were delighted with the contractor who built our home in California; however, Eric's work and attention to detail far exceeds that which we have experienced in the past. Eric's subcontractors are also among the best I've seen in the industry. Finally, his focus on a clean job-site and attention to sealing off the work area from the rest of our home kept us dust free and comfortable. In fact, our home never even felt like major construction was taking place. The whole process and the quality of the work was better than than we ever hoped for. You will not be disappointed for choosing Charter Bay Home Builders.

  We were unbelievably fortunate to have found the best builder in Tampa Bay! That is such a superlative statement that on its face it may seem dubious, but let both my wife and I confirm that it is 100% true. Eric Stockland and his team remodeled our 1927 home, which truthfully was a tear down. With his supervision and inspiration he turned an old dilapidated home into probably the finest property that could have been achieved with that home and one of the top properties on Davis Island. This guy is absolutely incredible! His commitment, his passion, his genius, his fidelity, and attention to detail are second to no other builder in the Tampa Bay area. Not only would we recommend without any reservations Eric Stockland as your builder, I would consider building again with him in a heartbeat. Eric made the whole process fun and enjoyable and he channeled our inspirations into a vision that he had of our property that we promise you no other builder could do to the degree that Eric was able to do. He thought of absolutely everything and more. Things that one would never consider both of design inspiration and practical living, Eric thought of to make our home special. Eric quickly became our builder, our interior designer, our mentor in the building process. Beyond his genius, Eric cares and works so hard that it is almost unbelievable. He returns communications virtually instantaneously, he is available and always willing to meet or discuss the project. His team, including Jim our project supervisor and all the sub-contractors were excellent! Jim was very detail oriented and hard working and made our project move along. Given Eric’s demands for excellence, expect that everyone on your project will be first rate. Trust is a concept that might seem anathema to the building process, but with Eric it became apparent very quickly that we could trust him 100% both with our project but also with the finances it took to complete our home. Your home is your palace. We will sleep tonight in our home comfortable in the fact that we have an amazing home and a place to create so many memories with our family.
