  The over night clerk named Sam has the door locked always. Where as other clerks dont . It makes the shopping experience horrible because I like to shop around and buy the things I want. Instead I have to know off the top of my head what I want. He doesn't know where anything is. I had to wait one time in 50 degree weather for 15 mins after pushing the red service several times because he decided to walk into the cooler when I pulled up to the front. He claims that his manager told him to lock the doors because he's scared of being robbed even if the parking lot has police present there. Every time he's on shift I have witnessed at the least ten customers just leave because he's not on point and attentive. I have always enjoyed going there for the main reason that it's close to my house and the sales circle k has. Going there at night is ridiculous of a wait time because he has to walk all over the store and then tell you that he can't find it, when it's clearly there. Something has to be done because I have at least 50 people who have encountered this problem with the young man named Sam and it's insulting being felt like any of us in the neighborhood of South Tampa to be judge or look at as criminals or thieves when it has been seen that he has let his friends in. It's first class discrimination and if matters are not handle being treated this way, then there two options record the actions he does and take it to a legal stand point and have the store lose money in the process. Or have all of South Tampa no longer spend hard earn money on a place that shows great incompetence. I have been going to the store for many years and would like this matter resolved.
