  Bill the owner is a scammer. He will try to tell you something is wrong with your mower when really it's a simple fix. The staff is wonderful people but they are way overpriced and as far as the owner it's all about him putting that dollar in his own pocket. Grass pro is for the people and their prices are very reasonable and not to mention their tech support and mechanics are very very smart.

  I go there only if I absolutely have to. They charge over twice what everybody else charges. I bought a key switch today they charged me $27 for. It's all over the Internet for 10 to $12.
