  First off, this is not the first tile place we went to. Unlike the others we were actually greeted soon after we arrived by Julia. She was very helpful and very patient. We were there for a long time. She went above and beyond. We really appreciated her opinions and personal attention. Once our order went through, it did take 45 min to load, but the manager was extremely helpful loading and adjusting the load. We were very happy.

  Customer service is awful! Waited and waited for assistance. Was told that someone would be with me but that someone never showed! Asked for a manager and Mike said he was too busy to talk to a PAYING customer. I’ve spent at least $5,000 over the last year here and you can’t assist me! No problem. My money can and will spend elsewhere. #GreatCustomerServiceHasNoCost
