  I replaced every counter-top in my home at the cost of over $5,000, 3 and half years ago. One of the reasons for my decision was that there was a lifetime guarantee on the quality of the counter-tops. This is not true! If you do not hold on to your sales receipt this guarantee is not honored. My counter-tops are less than smooth and have developed a rather large area that is now white instead of black. The bathroom sink that was supplied as part of the service is showing signs of the procelain coming off from just normal cleaning. they can pull up my information in their system but still will not honor their guarantee.This company is not trustworthy!!
