So, I made sure that I brought my items when I returned this month. Mr. Thornton was very helpful (even letting me know that certain pieces attached to my bracelet were not gold). Now I know who I can trust with my repairs. I left my items with Hayman, returned home and a few days later, my bracelet and watch arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the service that Hayman has provided to me.
