  This is probably the worst school uniform store in the entire state. Employees are very rude, dísorganized, the have no training whatsoever in customer service. Check all your uniforms before you leave the store chances are they will be missing a button or they will be the wrong size even though the tags will be the same. Don't do business with them. Schools should not make parents go through the ordeal of ordering uniforms with this store. This place has been by far the worst school uniform buying experince. We've had to make 5 different trips to the store to get the right size and to replace defective shorts and skirts. The zipper from a skirt came undone at the store. SCHOOL PRINCIPALS - PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. We parents deserve better treatment!

  HORRIBLE customer service and incompetent employees. No direct telephone number to my local store so everything is super inconvenient. When I call customer service they offer no help. They made an error so they never showed up to the school's orientation. Parents have been turned away because they've run out of uniforms. There are tons of families who placed orders months ago and still haven't received their kid's uniforms and school starts in 2 days. This is the first year our school has used this company and I pray it's the last!!

  Horrible experience! Barely had any items in stock, so I placed an order. I prepaid and was informed that my order would be ready in a week. I went to go pick up my order and they couldn't find it. They then told me that I would have to place another order. I'm not understanding what happened to the shirts that I already paid for! The staff tried their best to make good of the situation but their management is horrible. This company has taken on far too many schools and doesn't have the proper inventory to supply them. 8.29.17 It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my shirts! I have been told twice that my shirts were expedited to my house, and I have yet to receive them!
