I requested the same info I asked the other company by phone, and Jessica answered all my questions on the phone. There was no pressure to come into the store. I did so today however, finding warm, friendly and professional. Her and an associate answered all my questions and found a ring better than what I was looking for. I can't wait to get the final product. Excellent customer service!
