  Horrible experience, buyer beware. If you are ok with waiting 10+ weeks for a sofa when you were told it would be 6-8 weeks then by all means this is the place for you. If you actually want good customer service, stay away. They will take thousands of dollars out of your pocket and then tell you it’s your tough luck when they don’t come through on their promise, and refuse to refund you. I will NEVER shop at La-Z-Boy again, this was my first AND last time.
