  My initial experience (of buying) was wonderful! The staff was friendly, complimentary and helpful. But, once I got home, I noticed there was a mark on my $248 jacket that I had just purchased! I called back and asked them if they could do anything and Megan was super unkind. She sat in silence, refusing to acknowledge my concerns and when I asked if I should call corporate to handle the problem instead, she said, "If you want." It just seemed to be a 180 from the actual store experience, but I suppose when you're trying to make commission, being friendly before purchase is part of the cunning.

  5 stars for clothes and caring staff! This place goes way beyond stretchy pants... they are in the community inspiring people and asking for feedback on their clothes so they can make them even better. It doesn't hurt that the clothes look awesome on. Worth every penny!
