  To me, customer support is one of, if not the very most, important products many companies provide. Especially so where the merchandise involves myriad details and complexities -- like computers. I take my hat off to the customer service and tech support people at MoAT. They are smart, business-like, helpful, patient and friendly. Best of all, I always get the feeling that they try to do the best thing for the customer (which ultimately is the best thing for their company), even if it takes thinking outside the box.
