I had originally planned to come to a Mattress Firm but I had happened to be near a Mattress 1 Saturday so I had purchased from them instead. WELL... although their sales guy was awesome, their corporate delivery team and customer service SUCKED! I purchased a floor model Saturday and they said they would deliver it Monday and never called or showed up. Then Tuesday they tell me that I have to wait until Wednesday for my mattress even though it was supposed to be delivered MONDAY! I canceled the entire order, walked into Mattress Firm SoHo and told him, I hope you can help me! An hour later, after he properly educated me on what is best for ME, Airan not only got me into an even BETTER mattress, he also offered me free delivery (Mattress 1 charged me $100), I got a better adjustable base that’s BRAND NEW (not a floor model), AND he saved me over $2500!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
