I would recommend potential customers look elsewhere. The Tampa location has a nice selection and decent staff, but the level of service after the sale has been very disappointing. My Tag Heuer is now on it's 4th trip back to the authorized service center in less than two years. I bought it brand new from the Tampa location with a full warranty. It has only been up until the last time that I have been able to speak with a manager regarding my problems. His first reaction was "we're going to get you a new watch". I felt a lot of relief as I've wasted much time dealing with these issues from a reputable manufacturer and I was glad they were taking responsibility for a defective product. After a little bit more conversation, the manager decided that "it only needed to be re-calibrated". Then, at least two of the employees tried to re-calibrate it, but "couldn't remember how to". I found this unacceptable because it had been fully serviced and "fixed" three times before. Brian at the St. Pete location has been very helpful and attentive to my needs, as it seems he has the most communication with the manufacturer, and understanding of this process. The guys at the Tampa shop are plenty of help as you're buying a watch, but have been of no help to me during this repair/return process. They say they're sorry, you deserve better, etc., but nobody has stepped up to make this right. I have no idea what will happen next. I politely demanded a full refund or brand new watch, because it is apparent that the watch I purchased is defective. I won't do business again with them, nor will I ever support the Tag Heuer brand. I know O.N.J. didn't manufacture the watch and it isn't their fault, however they have done nothing other than write it up, send it back, and say that they were sorry and they will try to make it right, and they have not done that to any degree.
