  This place is similar to a pawn shop that is specifically for athletic sporting goods and fitness equipment. The prices are mostly ok and you can normally find better deals on Craigslist if you have time to look. If you're looking for a little quick cash and have some equipment lying around the house, you can trade it in for cash or store credit. It's a pretty good place to check out from time to time to see what's been traded in.

  I walked in and I was the only customer in the store with three employees standing at the counter. I went in with cash with the intention of buying a treadmill. Not one came over and tried to assist me. Ok I can handle that but when I over heard their conversation about a woman's chest and how she's a "butterface" not only is it unprofessional but I didn't feel comfortable being the only customer in there. I left, you guys lost out on a $500-700 sale. Learn some customer service.

  Numerous occasions have I visited this store and only one visit to the Bruce B Downs location, that's all it took. Since day one they have always greeted me, made me feel I was getting a deal, educated me about the process, and the prices... Dick's Who? New or used they have the price and a courteous professional staff. I state this with 25 years of CSR Retail experience they are truly a 5 Star environment. My inspiration to write this review was due to the exceptional customer service we received this Sunday from Justin. Thank you to your entire staff Matt I am yet to have a bad experience at your location.
