  I had my OEM unit replaced with a Pioneer DEH-S4000BT. Ed was very patient and helpful in helpingv me get the features I was looking for: CD, Mp3, Bluetooth. I selected a unit from the display. When he checked inventory, they were out but he honored the price of this unit which has a better receiver. Install was done in about 1.5 hours. He walked me through basic functions. I returned a few days later with questions and he patiently explained function of SRC button. Factory volume slightly different. Now that I understand how to navigate new system ...very happy with install. Bluetooth works great!! Thank you
