  I had a great experience with Pure Barre South Tampa. The instructors are really helpful - they walk you through each movement and are attentive to everyone in the room, making sure you're doing the movements correctly. They even offer a free class before you start to show you the ropes. It's so refreshing to have people truly care about everyone getting the most out of their workouts. The progress in my core strength after 1 week is incredible.

  Pure barre in South Tampa is an amazing experience! Each class is different, so you are always doing an exercise you haven't done before and feeling the burn. I've only been going for about a week and I can already see changes in my body and mood. I joined pure barre to use as a daily stress relief, and it was a great choice! Highly recommend to anyone looking to try something new. Very welcoming staff!
