I've done bootcamp, boxing, kickboxing, yoga...always thought I was in great shape. Then I went to Pure Barre (totally mean that in a good way!) The ladies there are so helpful in showing you form and technique. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Each class is different and brings a new challenge- within just a month, I can already see my body toning and getting stronger. I would highly recommend Pure Barre at Westchase to anyone!
