  WORST Customer service ever! The entire staff is awful! Notice the staff is writing their own positive reviews to make this store look kinda decent, HA!!

  This store is the worst Sprint store I have dealt with EVER. I have been a LOYAL customer since 2003. This store offers promotions which they don't honor. I have reached out to Emery since Monday July 17 to adjust my bill for $384.00 Tablet they offered as a promotion. He sent me to the Brandon store for help they were unable to assist. He was going to review my quote sheet and follow back up with me; never did. I called back the next week he tells me its his day off; will call me back the next day; never did. I called back the next week; hes with a customer; will call me back... never did. Now I'm done dealing with poor customer service especially from the manager of the store. I will now take my issue to the next level with Sprint as well as review pricing with other carriers. My business is not important enough to follow up with or honor the Tablet promotion they offered.
