  I received my cell phone in the mail because my phone had been stolen. Granted They took my wallet, and all my identification. I've never been to this store but I did go today because I was near the area. I usually go to the one by the university or the one on N. Dale Mabry. The store associate was useless and worthless. There were three clerks and one customer. I arrived and this associate came to help me after he saw me walk in. I explained to the associate what had happened. He asked for all ID that I did not have due to them being stolen. He even asked for a passport. I then told him to verify the information. I had everything he needed to turn my phone on with the new card that I had received. He was not able to assist without proper documentation. In the store I called customer service and with all the info. I gave then they turned the phone on in less than 3 minutes. I needed to provide the SIM card number and he was not there to open the compartment which he had the key for. He was too busy talking to another of his coworkers. I had to yell for him. I asked him how much were the memory cards. I needed to purchase one and he stated he did not know the price to them. Did he go look? No. If I'm not mistaken his name Last name was Ross. AT&T should be concerned about employees like him. I would never recommend that store to anyone. I have been with AT&T for many years before they were known by that name. I've never received such poor service as this.
