It's Saturday I get it, but when you have 7 people waiting after 45 min and your staff are laughing it up and taking their sweet time it's starts to become pathetic. Came in for a new sim card that's all quick and easy but took almost an hour just wait and no help. Going to drive 15 min to a different location. 1stars!!
