  Truth be told, large companies buy others out and think that the merging of accounts occurs seamlessly. Thank God that I did business with Ian, Danyelle and Lucian at the AT&T store at Highlands Preserve New Tampa!! My last two month’s statements have been way off and they have patiently worked with me and my frustration to fix and rectify all discrepancies. Ian (store manager) remembered my previous account profile and talked with AT&T Billing department to ensure that my account got fixed. I will continue doing business with this shop. Hopefully AT&T fixes their system. It’s so much better to deal with real people than calling faceless company reps that you have no idea on what history you have with your account.
