  Came here with my father to pay off his phone bill, but Carina who was "helping," decided that the conversation on her phone was more important. I understand that the employees work through their mobile devices, but when you have a customer standing in front of you, do us all a favor and tell that "customer" you'll be right with them and address the situation that's in front of you. That person on the other end of the phone can wait a few minutes while the person in front of you came to the store for a reason. I will change my review when I see necessary, but today was THE worst experience that I've had to out up with. No acknowledgement that we had walked in, all because she had her nose in her phone. Tmobile, I would recommend you find those with experience for customer service and stop hiring those who have 1 year experience, but a few years more. This today was poor service.
