  This store doesn't even deserve a star! My husband and I were quoted a monthly price for our monthly cell phone bill. We were also quoted a trade in price for our phone in store. We received a bill and everything they quoted us in store was wrong...horribly wrong!! The only thing the store and the store DM was able to do for us was let us return our phones. I have been given the run around by the stores DM about getting the phone I traded in back. He also told me that I would not be getting the money I was quoted for the phone. We went into the store and the only thing they were able to do for us was let us return our phones and cancel with T-mobile. My husband and I feel like this store and it's employee Mike Z lies pure and simple. We went to Verizon and thank goodness for them! They handled everything amazingly!! We were able to keep our numbers and not pay an arm and leg to become their customers were also paying a lower monthly bill then what we were paying at T-Mobile.

  Highly recommended you go here Jasmine and the whole crew are amazing and very helpful! We drive 20 minutes out of our way, past 2 other T-Mobile’s just to get to this one for their service.
