  I happened to pop in here to have someone reset my network... one employee proceeded to treat me poorly. I told him I didn't always receive text messages and they're in and out so he decided to ask my sister to text me right in front of him? I'm guessing he thought I was lying well it was just a waste of time actually. Thankfully another worker saw this and stepped in, he told me he would simply reset my network and I could come in for a new SIM card if that wasn't the fix. He even took the time to answer my questions about my plan and made sure I was helped. That man needs a raise and for everyone else to learn from him! Before he arrived I wasn't even greeted despite no other customer being in the store and everyone was at the computers. Very odd.
