  I am very disappointed in the True Religion brand. I placed a few orders in November of 2017 on the Last Stitch web site. Which is a part of True Religion. The first issue was the orders take more than 14 business days to arrive. My orders were Christmas gifts but it early enough for me not to be to concerned. About my 3rd order placed on November 20th never arrived. After tracking the order. I called Last Stitch the first week of December. I was told that they would investigate and call back in 9 business days. At this point I was out of $244 and no Christmas gifts. When there investigation was complete my gifts will never make it by Christmas. The customer service representatives were rude and very unwilling to find a solution to a customers needs! I will never buy another True Religion product. I have spent well over $1000 dollars te last month. No matter what you’re selling good customer service is the most important part of you business. Customer’s will either make or break your business!
