    I had a section of my fence replaced with a 4 foot gate and USA Fence did a fantastic job. The installer was very friendly and ask if I was satisfied with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new fence. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and both times have been a pleasant experience.

    If you are in the market for a fence DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They misrepresent themselves and do not timely fulfill their obligations. They are unprofessional and have a don't care attitude-including the Vice president, LESLIE GLASGOW. I contacted this company in February 2014 to get a fence installed on a new home -it was made clear to the sales person, Bob Barton that we needed the fence COMPLETED when we moved in which was set for JUNE 27-the last email with Mr. Barton was May 29-it was all set-numerous emails were sent to Mr. Barton before the closing -no reply finally on June 24 and 25th I called the office and spoke with "Linda" who said Mr. Barton was out of the office and wasn't known when he would return. I explained the circumstances to her, she referred me to John Garcia -Mr. Garcia met me at the new home on June 26th AT THAT TIME HE ASSURED ME THAT THE FENCE WOULD BE COMPLETELY INSTALLED BY SATURDAY JUNE 28. I paid him a $1000.00 deposit he told me he would return to the office and put in the paperwork to get the gates started (there were 3 gates). On Friday June 27 when no one showed up at the home by 11:30 I called the office to be told that JOHN DID NOT TURN IN THE PAPERWORK AND NO ONE KNEW ABOUT THE JOB!!!!!! I was informed by "Jerry" that the earliest they could get the job "started" was after June 30. I told him they lied and I fired them and demanded a return of my deposit. On Monday June 30 Jerry called me early in the am to ask if he could do the job as they could do it that day. Since I had not yet contacted another company I agreed. MISTAKE! They put the posts in on Monday, they put up the fencing on Tuesday-when I arrived home at 4:45 Tuesday I noted that the right side of the double gate WAS CLEARLY INSTALLED WRONG as it was almost a foot up in the air and above the top of the fence line. I immediately called the office and was told yet again by Linda she didn't know anything and she couldn't help and Jerry was out of the office. I left a message. No return call at all on Wednesday-on Thursday I called yet again and left a message stating the issue and that my dogs could get out the gate. Jerry FINALLY called me back and said someone would be out. Thursday passed, Friday passed, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday NO ONE showed up NO ONE CALLED. I called Monday afternoon and Jerry told me that someone from "quality control" would be out on Tuesday. At noon on Tuesday my husband called to tell me that THEY TOOK ALL THE GATES OUT -why I have no idea but that left my yard wide open and no ability to let my dogs out. I called Jerry at 12:04 -he stated that my gates would be returned within TWO HOURS-at 4:43 p.m. Jerry TEXTS me to say that "weather" prohibited them from reinstalling the gates-mind you the rain (a) wasn't there when he said he was having gates reinstalled and (b) it was sunny when he called me. There is no excuse for their laziness it's not THEM who are being inconvenienced. To top all of this off, I also had ordered 2 6-ft PVC panels to be installed -it's been 2 weeks and they ARE STILL not in. I looked up the company on the Fla. Dept of State Divisions of Corporations and located a VP, Leslie Glasgow, I contacted him in Manatee County and advised of above and all I got was "well not much I can do I will call them tomorrow they will reinstall tomorrow" Seriously I cannot believe these people stay in business. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN away from these people-they do not know what they are doing -they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL and they could give a crap their only concern is the money you pay them.
