  Upon yesterday, I came in to ask the general manager a question about the holidays and he literally barked, "no, no, nope! we're a corporate store. no, no, no!" before I could finish my whole sentence. Very rude and unprofessional. You must be kind to guests who come into your store - that's how you create repeat customers and in turn, grow your business. He can use a lot of pointers on customer service and friendliness in general.
