  Some of the employees at this company are absolutely amazing salesmen. However, the company itself pushes a directive of selling you older outdated devices that have a higher profit margin for them. The majority of employees at this company buy into that Mantra, and are willing to push you into a device that is outdated for the company and themselves to make a higher paycheck. The majority do not try to fit your needs or wants and get paid a bonus to write a review on the customers phone raving about the store and how great their service was.
