  Before my back got so messed up, I shopped here in person at least once a month. I *love* vs. They have the best, most comfy panties, bras & pj's. I only wear cotton next to my skin (except for the underwire bras), and the only complaint I have is how all the styles look like they should be worn by teens. :-P You should also know that the sizes tend to run small. So, if you are between a B & C cup, get the C. Now that I have so much trouble walking, I use the online service. Customers can bring bring items bought online back to the physical store for returns. I love how convenient the store is to my home. I appreciate the fragrances being separate from the clothing, so I can breathe easier while shopping. :-) I recommend this store to all my friends & family.

  After reading these reviews and considering this is the "University Mall" I was not sure about trying this store. I didn't want to drive down to international so I decided to give it a try. I was very glad I did! All the ladies I encountered were super nice and helpful! I don't leave reviews often but if someone's on the fence of deciding to go to this store or not like I was I'd say give it a try. I'm sure different girls work all the time and everyone will have a different experience but I was very satisfied with the customer service I received.

  I am not one to write a complaint and I always try to see the glass half full but the impressive level of rudeness of the girls working here had me write this review. This place is very close to my school and I prefer to go here for shopping. Every time we go here, they surprise us with something new! Imagine you ask the same question twice and someone yells at you. Or when you ask about their products, most of the time you would get "what we have is out there" as an answer. You might not believe this but I've seen many times that the girls working here make fun of their customers. And yes, I wish it was just me, but I've heard the same story from many of my friends. Some of my friends chose to drive 20 miles further to go to the other VS branches rather than shopping at this store. This is so SAD. Dear Victoria Secret, you're losing many customers here. It's time to wake up! :)
