  Pharmacy was a joke. Manuel said was checking “in stock” and left to help other customers. Then to find out it was up to another pharmacist to check, after 7 to 8 minutes. That’s laughable and they will no longer receive my business. Manuel needs a refresher in customer service.

  Would definitely give a zero if I could. Went to a Walgreens clinic in Tampa and was told that they could not help me so they sent me to a clinic 20 minutes away. I called to try to get an appointment and pricing and was on hold for 18 minutes. I was at the next Walgreens by then so I just went in and to the counter to request a strep test. The girl at the counter just started pointing. I said I don't know what you are pointing at. She finally said we can't help you, go schedule an appointment there and kept pointing to a computer. At this point I had spoken to 6 different people, sent to another location, and wasted and hour of my time only to be told that I needed an appointment. I left.
