  This store is overall fantastic! They have a few stumps in the road every now and then but it’s nothing intentional or something that doesn’t get resolved! Normally when there is an issue at this store it’s either an employee training that messes up (which is completely normal and understandable) or an employee that is trying their very best to explain something to a customer and the customer refuses to listen to what they’re saying and flips out, putting the customer in the wrong. I’ve seen more out of control customers come in to this store than out of control employees. A good amount of the employees in this store handle that stress very well and professional at all times. I definitely couldn’t do it all the time. Not with the way some of those customers act and treat them very rudely. The pharmacy staff at this store is great and is one of the best pharmacies in Tampa. John, the pharmacy manager, is an outstanding pharmacist and manager. My two favorite techs in the pharmacy are Roody and Courtney. They just seem to be the most experienced in there with more complicated situations but the other techs are good too! The store manager is great and he really cares about his store and everyone that goes there! I will always shop at this Walgreens and get my prescriptions filled as well. Don’t believe any of the bad reviews for this store. I can tell you they are all lies and it was just a pissed off customer that went overboard and was clearly just out of control themselves. Make sure to make this your one and only Walgreens!
