  "Hey i need a needle and syringe to drain my ear i am experiencing cauliflower ear." the PHARMACIST walks me to the ear cleaning isle and suggests ear wash... i need to drain the blood from the inside of my ear not scoop out my ear wax from the ear canal... could've just said we don't have those but i appreciate the waste of time

  We are becoming increasingly concerned about using this pharmacy. If you go inside the wait is long, even if there are not a lot of people in line. When you call to refill a prescription there is always an issue that delays refilling it. When you call, it is a fiasco because they send everything to a call center and then have to connect you to the local pharmacy because they can never answer your question. Half the time I get disconnected or sent to a phone that just rings and rings. NOW IT APPEARS THEY HAVE GIVEN A PRESCRIPTION TO THE WRONG PERSON as when we asked about delivery they said someone had already picked it up (not). We will be watching every single prescription to make sure it is what it is supposed to be. Unfortunately, this is where our family member has her insurance so I don't think we have much choice. The company needs to do something about this place. We did not have these problems when we used the Walgreens on South Village in Carrollwood but they don't service the facility where we need delivery.
