  Worst experience ever, I have never been treated so rude in the kitchen area, they were all females working at the moment and they literally were so rude and short with me when i asked a question about my smoothie They were out of large smoothie cups so all the extra went into little sample cups for the kitchen employees (looked so cute and pretty) while my smoothies looked like crap and were leaking everywhere and thrown together. I told the manager patty about my experience and she said “she’ll talk to them, they’ve had a hard day”. That location has just lost a customer now. I will use a different location that has polite and nice employees to help you. Not make you feel like they don’t give a crap about customer service.

  Wonderful coffee but this location was, in a word, filthy outside. Clearly, it is an immensely busy location, but not enough staff on hand to powerwash the grimy sidewalks, clean the restrooms, empty outside trash, and many more tasks. Manager Naj was overly attentive when he could have been supporting his crew in some of the needed task completion. Someone needs to step up and raise the property's sanitation level.
